Bookkeeping services include categorization of transactions to a customized chart of accounts, monthly reconciliation of accounts, delivery of monthly financial reports, and phone/email support. Additional services include sales tax tracking and filing, payroll, and project tracking. Monthly services begin at $650/month.
Account set up or Cleanup
If you plan to stay on top of your transactions but need help getting set up in an accounting system, I can help with a one-time initial set up. During this 75-minute consultation we will review your business structure, set up a chart of accounts that aligns with your process, and streamline procedures such as invoicing.
If you have been telling yourself that you will take care of your books another day and a few months (or almost a year) have passed, an account cleanup may be perfect for you. We will perform a diagnostic review to determine the scope of cleanup needed to get you up-to-date and prepare your books for CPA review and tax filing.
CFO Services
CFO services may be a good fit for your business if you are rapidly growing, expanding your team, and/or need unbiased support to make key business decisions. Since I specialize in providing services for Interior Designers, I am able to leverage best practices and industry knowledge and benchmarks to better support you.
In addition to providing you with monthly reporting, budget preparation and forecasting, I also serve as a liaison with your CPA and/or Tax Strategist to review your company's financials on a regular basis to ensure you are maximizing profits and being proactive with your business investment strategy.
